Join me for the always epic, always wonderful late summer weekend get-away at beautiful Camp Friendship near Prince George in mid September. Join a tribe of sisters tapping into manifesting abundance and heart & soul desires by following into bliss. Embrace the Divine Feminine, open into juicy sensuality and get turned ON by life!

Together we will co-create a sacred space of healing, expressing, and living our authentic self through an exploration of natural movement and deep stillness.

As we peel away layers through our practice we will glimpse into the Shakti essence within each of us, giving space to release, restore and rediscover our individual uniqueness.

A weekend retreat is a powerful opportunity to dive into a short immersion of practice, community and loving self care, and get away from the busy-ness of your regular life.

All meals will be lovingly prepared by our amazing chef Rebekah Smiley and you will be taken care of in every way. Our practices include yoga, tantric priestess arts, sensual qi-gong, meditation, breath work, discussion and ceremony.

In addition to our sadhana (practice) there will also be lots of time to relax and explore the surrounding wilderness!

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your retreat includes all yoga, meals and 3 nights accommodation based on shared occupancy.

PREPARATION

I always have some delicious practices for us to explore, but also allow myself to be guided in the moment to respond to what each of you and the collective needs. You can expect to be held in sacred space with room to laugh and play and cry. We will be doing breath work, yoga, prayer, womb dance, movement, self massage, guided taoist and earth centered practices. Sacred smoke and plants will be used for blessing, healing and cleansing and will be woven into all aspects of our time together. You will also have free time to integrate and nurture yourselves as you best need. 

What do I need to bring?

  • yoga mat, two blocks, a strap and a blanket
  • yoga bolster if you have one and your favourite sitting prop for meditation (i.e., bench, pillow, sheepskin, etc)
  • yummy oil of your choice for self massage 
  • hand towel or something to wipe your hands on as they will get oily
  • a sarong or 2 to cover up
  • altar items (anything you want to charge with the transmission of our time together). Bring as many things as you’d like – it would be wonderful to have a large sacred powerful altar for our weekend. Please no pictures of other people. 
  • a white outfit if you have one (or light colours). It will be for a ceremony – not for a yoga practice. But it should be comfortable.
  • a long dress that goes almost to the floor (kaftan style). I have 2 that can be borrowed – msg me if you need one. 

 

  • bedding – this is NOT provided at Camp Friendship (bring sheets blankets for a single bed – and anything that will make you more comfortable in your room). There are pillows and a blanket, but you might prefer your own.
  • towel
  • toiletries
  • a journal/notebook and pen
  • water bottle
  • hiking or outdoor walking shoes (there are trails to explore during free time). Fingers crossed for great weather!
  • books, art supplies or anything you want for your free time
  • warm clothes and layers for yoga and outside
  • anything you need to be held, to rest and drop in

 

 

Location & Directions:

Our retreat is at Camp Friendship, located about 45 minutes from downtown Prince George. Directions and a map are provided to retreat participants in advance of the retreat.
