Diving Deep WORKSHOP

Join Carla for an exploration of how to dive deep into our bodies and emotions using the practices of YIN Yoga, QiGong Healing Sounds and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Together we will use these practices to access our energetic meridian system in order to relieve psychological stress and pain, breakthrough limiting beliefs, increase emotional/physical ease and comfort – all of which help you create the life you want and express your potential more fully! All levels welcome.

Wounded Healer Breath of Bliss WORKSHOP

If you want to be a Healer, heal yourself. If you want to be healed, become a Healer.
Join Carla for a Breathwork ceremony for healing deep-seated wounds held within the energetic and physical body. Each one of us has access our own unique gifts imprinted by the trials in our lives. When our wounds become our medicine we connect to our inner power to awaken to a new awareness; transform consciousness and embody a higher purpose and calling.
The Breath of Bliss Experience allows you to dissolve barriers to love… gain clarity about what lies ahead for you and discover the truth within. We will enjoy movement, presence, connecting, deep sharing and conscious touch. And then dive into an hour and a half of circular connected breath to discover what wants to be felt, seen and realized within you. No prior experience of anything needed – everyone welcome.

Join Carla for a special class for women where we will explore the different feminine qualities of the 5 elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether through Shakti Yoga.
Shakti Yoga blends breath, sound, movement, touch, energetic work and devotion into the asana practice for the awakening of Shakti; the Life Force energy within. This experience will help you deepen into your own inner knowing of how to move your body and connect with Feminine Essence.

Winter Solstice Breath of Bliss WORKSHOP

The Winter Solstice is a celebration of energetic portals that can be accessed for spiritual transformation. In the words of Yogi Bhajan: ‘At a solstice you have to break your patterns. You are here to go through certain changes. And you cannot live intellectually all your life. You have to live by the power of your soul.’
Join Carla, an embodied yoga & breath work facilitator with more than 23 years experience, for a journey through sacred ceremony to explore and discover your true essence. This workshop will focus on helping you go within and see what you have achieved in the past year, and where you are still stuck and help you break the self sabotaging patterns that block you from your highest potential. Set powerful intentions to lead you through the next 6 month period.

Fall 2019 & Winter 2020 Schedule

Pre-Natal Yoga CLASS

6 week sessions dedicated to developing a nurturing yoga practice during pregnancy. Carla has been leading pre-natal yoga classes for more than 15 years and has helped hundreds of women enjoy easier pregnancies, deliveries and recoveries! Discovering yoga through your pregnancy is a wonderful experience. As your body changes and new life grows within you, yoga can help bring your mind and body into balance. Pre-natal classes are suitable for women who are more than 12 weeks pregnant right until their due dates.

Yin Yoga CLASS

The Yin aspect of Yoga uses long held relaxed floor postures to stretch and stimulate the “Yin” or deep connective tissues of the body.  This gentle practice will increase your flexibility, opening your hips, lower back and shoulders and will enhance your overall sense of well-being. I always incorporate Qi-Gong into the practice using Chinese meridian theory and organ healing sounds.

Yoga Works CLASS

A yoga class that will help bring balance to your mind and body. A hatha style class that emphasizes physical detail and focus, while incorporating asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation.  Through awareness in all aspects of the practice we will find the edges of our limitations and subtly work beyond those boundaries with relaxed effort. This is an open class for all yogis.

Body of the Goddess SERIES

Join Carla, Embodied Yoga Arts and Tantra Facilitator, for a beautiful 5 week training in an intimate group setting where you will be lovingly supported in opening to your pleasure potential. Together with a supportive group of like minded Sisters, you will explore the sacred practice of Transfiguration, one of the most powerful tools of transformation & embodiment. Embrace deconditioning, transforming and grounding into the divinity of the goddess in all her unique expressions – all within YOU!

This five week exploration is perfect for those women who are ready and curious to heal the connection with their sacred sexuality. Carla will contact you personally after you register to check in and ensure the class is a good fit. Only 15 spots available.
Note: A jade egg is required for this class. If you do not have one, Carla will have them for sale at an additional cost.
